Risks
What can go wrong, in plain words.
Read this before you trade or launch. BRICK is honest about what it can and cannot guarantee.
Market risk
- Memecoins are extremely volatile and most lose nearly all of their value.
- Price, pool reserves and market cap can fall at any time. The wall counts past contributions; it is not a floor.
- Dollar figures move with SOL. Graduation thresholds are fixed in SOL at launch.
- Thin liquidity means high price impact. Check the quote and slippage before signing.
Fee risk
- Cure fees can be very high right after launch (up to 50%).
- Load bearing fees rise when the price swings hard, up to 20% above the base fee.
- Courses fees go back up if the price falls below a level.
- Meteora operators can update graduated pool fees; BRICK cannot.
Server managed parts
- Builders payouts, Courses escrow, forfeiture and brickyard buybacks depend on the BRICK server and the keys of the BRICK fee wallet.
- These can be paused, delayed by outages, capped, or stopped by kill switches.
- Escrow forfeiture watches declared wallets only.
Protocol and dependency risk
- BRICK depends on Meteora DBC and DAMM v2, Jupiter, the SPL Token program, Solana RPC providers and price APIs. A bug or outage in any of them affects BRICK coins.
- Coins on BRICK are created by anyone. BRICK does not vet creators, and a coin's name or image says nothing about who made it.
- Several unrelated tokens use the BRICK ticker. Always check the official mint address.
Wallet safety
- BRICK never asks for a seed phrase and never signs for you. Every transaction is approved in your own wallet.
- Read what your wallet shows before approving.
